Tomorrow's Forecast is Olive, Bonnie and Damo, a female fronted up and coming indie band from the Gold Coast.

With all members still in high-school and under the age of 17, the band have been starting to turn heads with their loveable, jangly, indie pop. Inspired by the sounds of mid-2000's indie rock and nostalgic pop songs from their childhood. Tomorrow's Forecast combines youthful lyricism with deep perspective, lively, jangly guitars with gorgeous melodies and fun slacker beats with beautiful intimate musical moments.

The members met in their high school music program and joined forces at only 14 years old, writing and releasing their first single ‘ur baby.’ soon after. At such a young age, the band is literally living through their formative years and telling their story through their songs. Olive, Bonnie and Damo have been using their lunch breaks, music class time and weekends to hone their skills and are finally ready to release their next single - Room On My Shelf.

Room On My Shelf explores the bittersweet feeling of yearning for somebody so badly, that you completely lose sight of yourself in the process.
Bonnie from the band says
"It is loosely based on my own experience with immature teenage crushes and how crazy they can drive you."

With dreamy guitar sounds, soft, airy vocals, and beautiful orchestral arrangements, it creates the quintessential ‘crushing’ track that almost every teenager has been able to relate to at some point in their life. The band wanted "Room On My Shelf" to feel like a song from a movie soundtrack. Working with Gold Coast based producer, Dylan Smith out of Waveform Studios, the band recorded Room On My Shelf (amongst other music) over the course of a few days, with Smith guiding the band to truly bringing the ‘cinematic’ vision of the song to life.

Tomorrow's Forecast are kids, high-school kids, facing high-school pressure, adolescent crushes, self-discovery, heartbreak, and the mystery of adulthood. They're going through some of their biggest changes and challenges and are dedicated telling that story, their story through song. They may be the new kids on the block, but many can already tell, that Tomorrow's Forecast, are here to stay.
